By registering for, attending, or using any services related to HyperDevConf ("Conference"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or attend.
Conference Registration
Eligibility
- Open to individuals aged 13-25 years old
- Attendees under 18 may require parental consent
- Valid identification may be required at check-in
- All attendees must comply with venue and local regulations
Registration Process
- Complete and accurate information must be provided
- Payment must be received to confirm registration
- Registration confirmation will be sent via email
- Tickets are non-transferable without written approval
Payment and Refunds
Refund Policy: Full refunds available up to 30 days before the event. Partial refunds (50%) available up to 14 days before. No refunds within 14 days of the event, except for extraordinary circumstances.
Payment Terms
- All prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable
- Early bird pricing expires on specified dates
- Group discounts may be available upon request
Code of Conduct Compliance
All attendees must adhere to our Code of Conduct. Violations may result in immediate removal from the conference without refund. This includes but is not limited to:
- Respectful behavior towards all participants
- No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct
- Professional communication in all conference spaces
- Compliance with venue rules and regulations
Intellectual Property
Conference Content
- All presentations and materials remain property of respective speakers
- Recording or streaming requires explicit permission
- Photography may occur for promotional purposes
- Attendees retain rights to their own creations and submissions
User-Generated Content
- Content shared in workshops or competitions remains yours
- HyperDevConf may showcase projects with attribution
- No unauthorized use of others' intellectual property
- Respect all software licenses and usage rights
Liability and Disclaimers
Important: Attendance is at your own risk. HyperDevConf organizers are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss unless directly caused by our negligence.
Limitation of Liability
- Maximum liability limited to registration fees paid
- No responsibility for travel or accommodation costs
- Force majeure events may result in cancellation or postponement
- Venue changes or schedule modifications may occur

Event Changes and Cancellation
Our Rights
- Modify schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary
- Cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control
- Remove attendees who violate these terms

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, venue issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Technology and Equipment
- Bring your own laptop and development tools
- WiFi and basic equipment will be provided
- No guarantee of compatibility with all devices
- Backup your work regularly during workshops
Health and Safety
- Follow all venue safety protocols
- Report any medical conditions that may require assistance
- Emergency contacts must be provided during registration
- Comply with any health requirements in effect
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nice, France.
